Welcome to Our World
Spread out with your family and friends on this 25 acre estate with it's 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath, fully renovated modern farmhouse. Perched on one of the highest points on Lake Norfork and centrally located between the lake, the river, and town, there will be something for everyone to do only minutes away.
Or stay right where you are, surrounded by spectacular beauty and all the comforts of home. With activities for guests of all ages, you’ll have time to relax and enjoy views that will take your breath away!
Layout
The home provides generous gathering spaces and cozy bedrooms, perfect for both connection and privacy when traveling with a large group. The six bedrooms provide a quiet place to retreat or to tuck the little ones in for an afternoon nap. Room-darkening shades, closet systems, clothing storage, and soft linens and towels ensure a comfortable and restful stay.
Four full bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone to refresh. A dedicated laundry area adds convenience for extended vacations and active outdoor adventures.
Where You'll be Sleeping
There are four bedrooms on the 4th level, one bedroom on the 3rd level and one bedroom on the ground floor. The home can be rented with the Level 3 and Level 1 Bedroom Suites locked off at a reduced price. Please contact us for the discount code.
Level 4: Two sunset view King bedrooms share a full Jack and Jill bath. The lakeview Queen & Full bedrooms share a full hallway bath.
Level 3: Two Queen beds and a trundle daybed, share a balcony, and full en-suite bathroom with soaker tub and water closet.
Level 1: The family room, and sixth BR with its two Twin Long beds, seating area, roll top desk, and a full bath with curb-less shower are located on the street level.
The expansive kitchen, formal living room and dining room, a powder room, laundry area, and a covered deck are on the 2nd and main level of the home.
Special Accommodations
Guests who have difficulty with stairs enjoy using the Level 1 BR suite off the family room which has a fireplace and walkout lake view patio. Access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, and deck requires using steps.
The unfinished basement is accessible as a storm shelter. The garage is not available. The Level 3 BR has a tall dresser and two wall mounted coat racks for hanging garments. The closet is used to store linens and is not available for guests. All other bedrooms have closets with closet systems for convenient storage.

Heating and A/C, fully stocked kitchen including small appliances and essentials (plates, utensils, pots/pans etc), starter kitchen essentials (dish soap paper towels sponge etc), full laundry, cleaning products, all linens, starter toiletries (toilet paper soap shampoo etc.), hair dryer, 2 dedicated workspaces, room-darkening or blackout shades and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, 3 TVs with Rokus, high-speed Internet, security, alarm, smoke detector, first aid kit, fire blankets, wet bar with 2nd refrigerator, game table, foosball table, board games and puzzles, bumper pool/card table, beach towels, coolers, and a piano.
The grounds include a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, seasoned firewood, outdoor pingpong, disc golf, a lakeview gazebo, playground, and covered deck. The horses ask that you please keep to your side of the fence. They cannot be ridden.
